Full refunds, less the registration fee Eventbrite takes, will be given to the original purchaser for cancellations received in writing to hugs@creativesouth.com prior to December 31, 2024 for the April 10 - 12 2025 conference. Following this date, no refunds will be given. If someone is unable to attend after purchasing their ticket, you may want to consider transferring the ticket into another person’s name. Tickets are transferable at no charge if the transfer request is received 48 hours prior to the start of the event each year. It is important to cancel before the December 31st deadline if you are seeking a refund, due to the fact that the 2025 event planning and budget are in full swing. With that said, we do consider hardship requests and can transfer a ticket purchased for the current year to the next year if approved. Hope to see you at Creative South 2025!
